• Location Data (GPS Coordinates): Collected only when the emergency SMS button is pressed. Data is processed in real-time and not stored.

We use location data solely for sending an emergency SMS with your GPS coordinates. The app does not track your location continuously, store data, or share information with third parties.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not share or store user data. The location data is used only for sending SMS messages and is never transmitted to external servers.

4. Permissions Used

• Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Required only for emergency SMS functionality.
• SMS Permission (ACTION_SENDTO Intent): Used to open your default SMS app with a pre-filled emergency message.

5. User Control

Users control when and to whom the SMS is sent. The app does not send messages automatically.

6. Children's Privacy

Cosmos GPS V4 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
